noun: A number equivalent to 1 followed by 100 zeros (10¹⁰⁰).

ETYMOLOGY:

Coined by Milton Sirotta, nine-year-old nephew of the mathematician Edward Kasner. Earliest documented use: 1937.

USAGE:
