 From Italian pizzaiolo (pizza maker). Earliest documented use: 1956.
 NOTES: 
The female form of the word is pizzaiola, but pizzaiolo can be
used irrespective of gender, just as we use the terms actor, teacher,
painter, etc. as gender-neutral terms.
