(JEE-hyoo, -hoo)

MEANING:
noun:
1. A fast driver.
2. A driver of a cab.

ETYMOLOGY:
After King Jehu in the Old Testament, known for driving his chariot furiously. He had Jezebel killed. Earliest documented use: 1682.

USAGE:
"The jehu cabby was charged with street betting."
